Description
Like its two elder brothers, Arindo is a varietal Verdejo wine crafted by Bodegas Shaya, a company belonging to Gil Family Estates, one of Spain’s most important wine dynasties.This Spanish white wine comes from vines located west of Segovia, in the DO Rueda. The vines grow in sandy soils with pebble stones.Harvested by hand and selected at the vineyard, the wine must fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for over a period of 25 days. Finally, Arindo 2019 was aged on its lees until bottling. Pair this young white wine with shrimp and semi hard cheeses.
