The bouquet is bright and expressive, showcasing vibrant floral notes intertwined with a refreshing minerality and wet stone. Layers of ripe peach and zesty grapefruit further add to the brilliant aromatics. On the palate, the wine unfolds with a beautifully textured mouthfeel, a result of 10 months of aging on the lees in both new and neutral French oak, with the larger, long barrels designed for extended lees contact, further contributing to its elegant structure.
