Description
Whole cluster pressed, retaining only free run and soft press fractions. Cold settled, clean racked and fermented in cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks, filtered and bottled. The result is a crisp, clean white wine with a complex aromatic profile, unique sequence of flavors and focus on the palate. Lodi has more grape varieties planted than any other viticultural appellation in North America. This provided an excellent opportunity for Dr. Riptide to showcase a unique style of Sauvignon Blanc that is still true to varietal character.
