Pacificana is our best foot forward when it comes to the classic California Chardonnay style that is highly sought after; oaky richness with well-balanced acidity. We’ve sourced fruit from a variety of coastal climates to achieve natural acidity and balance, and fermented in a combination of French and American oak barrels for the richness that makes California Chardonnay so iconic. This, along with six months aging in barrel, creates an unbeatable price-to-quality ratio. Aromas of yellow apple and pineapple are balanced by hints of toasted coconut, butterscotch and vanilla.
