Fresh Vine Wine uses a proprietary farming and fermentation process paired with traditional winemaking practices from vineyard to cellar. In the vineyard, Fresh Vine Wine’s winemaker, Jamey Whetstone, hand selects grapes in collaboration with top leading growers from California’s best wine regions, providing the perfect opportunity for the delicate balance of sugar, acidity, and flavors that they use to create the highest quality lower-calorie, lower-carb wines. In the cellar, their expert winemaking team pay close attention to every gram of sugar, calorie, and carb that goes into each varietal with minimal manipulation of the wines to ensure quality and taste is never sacrificed.
