Description
Winemaker Notes
This red wine from the schist terroir of the commune of Berlou is declared in AOP Saint-Chinian Berlou. It is a quartet that composes its assemblage: black Grenache, black Carignan, Syrah and Mourvèdre, like the four fundamental forces of physics.
In the eye, the dress of the Attraction of Stars is deep, intense and brilliant. The nose evokes notes of red fruits, black fruits, a frame of spices and very fine woody notes.
On the palate, the attack is bursting with freshness and brings in the heart of the mouth a round, fine and elegant volume. The tannins are silky and brings a beautiful substance to this Saint-Chinian wine. The finish has a very beautiful aromatic persistence and leaves a carpet on the palate which calls, which attracts, a new sip.
