Deep ruby in color, this powerful Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc has beautiful aromas of black plum, vanilla bean, cedar chest, and worn leather. The palate is boldly structured yet incredibly balanced, with sturdy tannins providing an age-worthy backbone complemented by refreshing acidity. Lush flavors of fresh black cherry, ripe black plum, vanilla cream, and cigar box continue the rich and delicious style of previous BDX vintages.
The NumbSkull lineup started with the Mark Ryan family of wines with the 2014 vintage. Mark wanted to explore vineyards in Walla Walla and create wines representative of the valley. He continued to explore other AVA’s and sites as the NumbSkull labels expanded.
