While remaining dedicated to delivering Pinot Noir from the cool climate of California’s Sonoma Coast (AKA North Coast), the Foggy Bottom blends fruit from the Petaluma Gap as well as exploring the Green Valley of the Russian River Valley AVA. Here you can find the vineyards for such luminary wines as Dehlinger, Merry Edwards, Keefer and Paul Hobbs, to name just a few — this is definitely not undiscovered territory. We certainly liked what we saw and tasted and are proud to share it with you in this round of Foggy Bottom. Notes of dark skinned berries and forest floor show in restraint, with hints of fine spice and cranberry.
