Winemaker Notes
This showcase wine is a true homage to classic Burgundian Pinot Noirs. Our winemaker selected multiple clones and elevations to showcase in this Pinot Noir which add flavors of cherry, pomegranate, olive, spice, cocoa and infused tea. The blend was aged in 15% new French Oak barrels composed of Damy and Billon with both medium and medium+ toast levels for 9 months. The final result is a Pinot Noir that is beautifully balanced with hints of toasted oak.
