While enjoyable currently, this intense red wine will continue to improve with proper cellaring for another 3-5 years in the bottle. the plateau of best drink-ability is from 2021-2025.
This rich, layered wine will enhance lamb loin or rosemary-infused rack of lamb plus hard cheeses as well as many Italian dishes.
