Our Gamay Noir reveals a brilliant ruby color with a fruity and intense nose: the aromas of jammy black fruits and Mirabelle plum perfectly combine with the subtle notes of black pepper and undergrowth. The palate is also fruity, with a nice freshness and a melted but present structure. Perfect with red meat dishes such as fondue Bourguignonne or beef tartare, or with a platter of cheese/charcuterie.

The estate of Maison Henry Fessy consists of over 70 hectares (175 acres) of exceptional vineyards in the heart of the region’s celebrated Crus. Originally from Burgundy, the Gamay Noir variety is a naturally fruity grape that produces elegant and balanced wines. The reintroduction of the owl to the vineyards was carried out in order to sustainably combat and eliminate rodents and other animals that attack the vine.
