This Gran Reserva Cuvée Cabernet Sauvignon from the Rapel Valley has a harmonious, complex, fruity and intense aroma. Notes of blackberry and ripe red fruits stand out, blueberries, blackberry jam, violet flowers, chocolate, toasted notes, leather, spices.
The flavor is of a very good attack and with very sweet and tasty tannins. In the mouth it is round, with a very good concentration, voluminous, slightly spicy, tastes of dark chocolate, mocha, jam and cinnamon. It is a wine of great persistence and finesse. Its aftertaste is powerful and complex. Ideal to accompany roast meats such as pork, beef, lamb on the stick, empanadas, strong cheeses such as Roquefort, well-seasoned game birds, kidneys with sherry and paella.
