2021 DETAILS Cabernet Sauvignon is comprised of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot, 4% Petite Syrah, 2% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec. The passion to create an exceptional California wine at an affordable price point was factored into every step of the process. The magic truly comes together when the best lots are tested and selected for the final blend.
The nose is immediately greeted with sensual aromas of ripe raspberry, plum, and blueberry, with more subtle oak aromas of cedar and allspice. On the palate, it delivers elegance, depth, and power in one stunning wine. Enticing aromas of violets and ripe raspberries are followed by notes of sage, allspice, and a touch of balsamic reduction.
Jeb Dunnuck- The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Details is a terrific entry level wine from this team and has everything you’d want from a value-priced Cabernet Sauvignon. Black cherries, mulberries, gravelly earth, and leafy tobacco define the bouquet, and it’s medium-bodied, round, supple, and nicely textured, with a forward, charming style that’s going to drink nicely right out of the gate.
