This rosé champagne is a blend of the ‘Invitation’ cuvée of red grape varieties. Matured for 18 months on racks, it delivers a fresh aromatic bouquet of citrus fruits and red fruits. At once light and fresh, it makes for a delightful aperitif wine.
TASTING NOTES: ON THE NOSE
Beautiful pink, bright and shiny. The elegance of Pinot Noir can be felt on the nose, rose, small red fruits, wild strawberries, currants and cyclamen and bread crust. The mineral accent lets us guess the freshness that we will find in the mouth.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
100% Pinot noir, saignée method, minimum 30 months of stay on the lees and 3 months of rest after dégorgement.
