A blend of 50 percent Pinot Noir, 30 percent Chardonnay and 20 percent Pinot Meunier. It’s cool and zesty, a contrast of fresh pink grapefruit and candied cherry flavors, all girded and focused by limestone acidity. A gentle rasp of earthiness comes up in the end, balancing and extending the fruit flavor.
