How long does it take to ship and receive my order?

  • It is our goal to process and ship orders the day we receive them. Orders that are placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the next shipping day.
  • Shipping is done Monday- Friday with the exception of nationally observed holidays.
  • Once your order is placed you will receive a FedEx tracking number to follow your shipping progress in real time!

I’m looking for something specific, but I can’t find it anywhere. Can you track down a wine for me?

  • No worries shoot us an email or give us a call directly. We will track down the wine and let you know if it’s available and current pricing.

Will you automatically substitute vintage changes?

  • We understand the difference vintage to vintage and will never substitute to fill your order. In the event we are unable to fill your order we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed.

Can I place an order online to pick up in-store?

  • There is no charge to pick up in-store during regular business hours. Please provide your order number and name upon arrival. Most orders available within the hour.

Do you ship year-round in all-weather conditions?

  • We spent a little extra time and effort selecting the best temperature resistant corrugated shipping boxes. However, our shipping boxes are not temperature controlled so in the event of extreme weather conditions we will work with you to ensure the best and safest time to ship.
  • If you would like to delay shipment until a time you feel more comfortable, please indicate at checkout or follow up with an email providing your name and order number. We will set aside your order until you’re comfortable moving forward with the shipment.

Does someone need to be home to accept the delivery?

  • We require a signature from an adult at least 21 years of age for the package to be released. FedEx will attempt to deliver three times, then it will be held at the distribution center.

I’m having issues with my order. Can I get real-time support?

How much do you charge to ship?

  • We offer real time shipping rates through FedEx. The rate is based on total weight of the shipment and will be reflected as you add or remove items from your cart.

Do you offer a wine club?

  • We are working diligently to create a wine club that offers high caliber wine at an affordable price. As we work to get this done, we still want to pass along the savings to you. Sign up for our email club and get updates on daily deals.

Which forms of payments are accepted?

  • We accept all major credit card. We utilize a third-party credit card authorization service to process all transactions on our website. In order to ensure the safety of the customer and ourselves we receive no information about the credit card other than the transaction number and the last four digits of the card number.
