Perry’s Wine Adventures is going to Porto, Portugal, and Rioja, Spain. This is a fantastic journey for all wine enthusiasts! Both regions are renowned for their exceptional wines and offer unique experiences. Here’s a preliminary itinerary for our 11-day trip:

Day 1: Arrival in Rioja
Arrive in Madrid Spain travel to Rioja by private motor coach and check into your accommodations at Eurostar’s Fuerte Ruavieja Hotel
Enjoy some free time. We recommend a stroll through the charming town to get acquainted with the local atmosphere.
Enjoy a delicious dinner with the group paired with Rioja wines.
Day 2 Rioja Wine Region
Breakfast in hotel
Spend your first day exploring the renowned Rioja wine region on a guided tour.
Visit an iconic winery in the area, and enjoy a wonderful lunch paired with the wines of the region.
Take guided tours of the winery, learn about the winemaking process, and sample their exceptional wines.
Explore the vineyards and admire the beautiful landscapes. (Winery to be announced)
Enjoy dinner with the group.
Day 3: Logroño free day and Dinner
Breakfast in hotel
Explore the vibrant city of Logroño, the capital of Rioja on your own. You can stroll Calle del Laurel Street to experience traditional tapas bars with local cuisine and wine.
Enjoy Dinner with the group.
Day 4: Tour the Wine region outside of Rioja
Breakfast in hotel
Travel by private motor coach to the winery Campo de Borja to Bodegas Morca
Enjoy a tour, tasting and lunch.
Dinner with the Group.
Day 5: Travel to Bilbao Spain the Basque region of Spain
Breakfast in the Hotel
11 am Depart from Rioja and travel to Bilbao by private motor coach.
Enjoy your free day in Bilbao. This city hosts the Guggenheim Museum and Bilbao is well known for great restaurants and shopping.
Flight: Bilbao to Porto in economy with 1 checked bag and 1 small carry-on on Vueling flight VY2702

Arrive and transfer to Hotel Infante Sagres Palace and have dinner at the hotel with the group.
Day 6-10: Porto Wine Experience
Spend the next five days exploring the wine scene in Porto and the Douro Valley.
Visit the historic port wine cellars just across the Douro River from Porto.
Take guided tours of the cellars, learn about the port wine-making process, and indulge in tastings.
Enjoy a scenic boat cruise along the Douro River, passing by vineyards and picturesque landscapes.
Explore the neighborhoods of Porto, visit local wine bars, and sample various Portuguese wines.
Take a day trip to the Douro Valley, where you can visit vineyards, enjoy wine tastings, and savor the natural beauty of the region.
Discover the rich culinary scene of Porto, trying traditional dishes and pairing them with local wines.
We will visit wineries on days 6,8 and 10. You will have free days to tour on your on in Porto on days 7,9
Day 11: Return to Florida
This package includes all lodging, breakfast every day at the hotels, winery tours with lunches, dinners featuring local wines and cuisine every night, and airfare if you are booking your flight through us. If you are flying on your own, it will be your responsibility to get to our hotel’s location. Package includes flight from Bibaou Spain to Porto for the entire group.
As of this moment this trip’s price is all inclusive with wine dinners every night out and about, and breakfast every morning at the hotels. Tour days lunches will be included, but free days lunches will be on your own. The price of this trip is inclusive of the airfare. Contact Jim Austin for more information on the airfare.
Double Occupancy price (two people in the same room all-inclusive with airfare) $8495.00 per person.
Single Occupancy price (one person per hotel room including airfare) $12,819.00.
These prices may be lower as we move forward but they will not be any higher than published on this paper.
This tour will be for 20 to 36 people. You will need to make a Check deposit to Perry’s Wine Adventures Inc for $1000.00 dollars per person by June 14th. No credit cards will be accepted for this deposit. For further payments and deposits you may use a credit card, but please understand that a 3.5% processing fee will be added to the deposit. Please drop off checks payable to Perry’s Wine Adventures Inc. Please hand check to Perry or anyone who works at Ed’s Fine Wines.
I would advise everyone to talk with Jim Austin or your personal trip insurance provider as this is a safe way of getting your money back if there is a disruption to your trip. Trip insurance coverage can cover many unseen issues that you may encounter on your vacation. I have seen the benefits of trip insurance myself. Travel prices have risen in the past year by 20%. I have put a high-quality trip together with outstanding restaurants, would class wineries, and hotels that are second to none. More information on restaurants and wineries will be available soon.
