Featured wines for the wine tasting:

2003 Richard Partridge Cabernet Sauvignon
Founded in 1998, Richard Partridge wines are a sincere reflection of the finest vineyards in Napa Valley.  The 2003 Cabernet is inky and powerful.  Loaded with cinnamon, spice and black cherry fruits really come out upon tasting.  The firm tannins and hints of sweet oak let you know that this wine can be aged for many years or enjoyed upon release.

2004 Amizetta Cabernet Sauvignon
Located in the small town of St. Helena, Amizetta wines seem to get better with each passing vintage.  The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark, magenta color. Aromas of cocoa powder, raspberry and blackberry. Layers of red and black fruits intermingle and lead to a firm smooth finish. This wine has medium body with integrated tannins which will allow this wine to age gracefully.

2004 Amizetta Complexity Red Wine
This wonderful blend of 77% cabernet sauvignon, 22% merlot and 3% cab franc is positively delightful.  Dark, purple color. Dusty, earthy terroir notes with underlying strawberry and cherry notes. Medium bodied with raspberry, mulberry and light chocolate flavors. Easy tannin structure makes this wine very presentable in its youth. Pair this wine with a variety of tomato based pastas and lighter meat entrees.

2004 Signorello Cabernet Sauvignon
Located on the picturesque Silverado Trail, Signorello's signature wine is chocolate colored and opens to coco bean, allspice, and vanilla. The lush, full-bodied palate continues with flavors of black currant and hints of tobacco. This wine's incredible balance and long finish is accentuated by its integrated tannins and lush flavors. Enjoy with chocolate, cheese, Filet Mignon, NY Strip steak, Flat Iron steak or venison. Drinkability: Now to 2020

2006 Signorello Seta White Wine
This barrel fermented blend of 60 % Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc is made in the style of a traditional white Graves from Bordeaux.  This full bodied wine has a spicy nose offering hints of passion fruit, peach, pear, and honeydew melon. Crisp flavors of fresh fruit balance the rich vanilla and mineral overtones. The long juicy finish
lingers with aftertastes of vanilla and pear. Drinkability: 2007-2015.

2005 Donati Cellars Claret
As our youngest vineyards begin their journey of growth and prosperity, we separate their fruit into our Claret program. These younger vines produce fruit that offers up-front flavors with modest complexity and forward fruitiness. Crafting a Bordelais blend that is approachable early can be a challenging task for a winemaker, particularly when the grapes have great intensity of flavor. For this vintage, we selected lots of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petite Verdot that offer this balance with supple fruit and structure. The resulting blend shows ripe red fruit on the nose, with dark fruit, chocolate and dusty notes on the palate. Well-integrated tannins give the wine an easy-drinking style that will satisfy now, and continue to improve in bottle for several years to come.

2004 Owl Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine displays classic Cabernet Sauvignon flavors, with rich dark fruit aromatics and lovely black fruit on the palate complemented by notes of chocolate, sage and tobacco. It is ready to drink now, with well developed tannins, but will continue to soften and develop for several more years.

2005 Edge Cabernet Sauvignon
The opulent and lush cherry nose is balanced with a rich palate of deep black cherry and currant with a slight note of vanilla. The medium bodied palate continues with flavors of chocolate, spice, and sweet oak on the finish. The long finish is accentuated by structured, yet silky tannins. Drinkability: Now to 2011.
