The following terms, conditions, restrictions, limitations, notices and disclaimers (the “Terms & Conditions” or “Terms”) shall apply to the use of our Website, whether directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, through direct use of the Website or indirectly by contacting our online/shipping department. Ed’s Fine Wines reserves the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Terms without prior notice, and your agreement to review, access or use the Website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Terms. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. Confirmations, limitations, and acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us for any reason. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased by you or on your behalf for any reason. In the event we make a change to your order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you at the e-mail or phone number you provided at the time the order was made, or as set in your account information.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order and does not constitute confirmation to sell you any specific product.

 Receiving a delivery

We at Ed’s Fine Wines do not sell and or ship to any persons under the age of 21. Our delivery partners will ask for proper ID to ensure the age of anyone accepting the order. If you are unable to be home with valid ID at the time of delivery, we will make two additional attempts to deliver, and then it will be held at the shipper’s distribution center. Ed’s Fine Wines is not responsible if you cannot provide proper ID at the time of delivery.

Return policy

Here at Ed’s Fine Wines we want to first ensure your satisfaction. If you would like to return any items you must contact us at Support@edsfinewines.com or 727-791-9551. Not all items are eligible for return and it will be evaluated on a case by case basis. You will need to notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. A valid receipt will be needed for a refund or exchange.

Age requirements

Ed’s Fine Wines does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using our website in any capacity, you represent that you are over the age of 21. We at Ed’s Fine Wines make every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not sold or delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. Your representations are essential to your right to use the website. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to obtain or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, we will take the appropriate action to prevent you from accessing the website and report your misrepresentation to the authorities.

We allow for in store or curbside pickup your online purchases. When doing so we will need proper identification (drivers license, identification card, or passport). This ensures the legal age of anyone who picks up an order from us. If someone other than yourself is going to be picking your order up, please note that at the time of checkout and ensue that they bring proper ID.

Resale

You agree that any alcohol purchased from us by you or on your behalf is intended for personal consumption and not for resale.

Your account

You will be required to create an account with us in order to complete your order. If you create an account, you may be asked or required to provide your personal identifiable information, such as your name, address, phone number or email address. Ed’s Fine wines is committed to keeping your personal information strictly confidential. When we collect your personal information, it is to improve your shopping experience and to notify you about our products, services, answer any questions, and promotional information. It is our policy not to disclose any of your personal information at any time unless you tell us to do so. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.

Upon creating an online account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the online form. If we determine that the Personal Information you provided at the time of registration untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we have the right to refuse, with or without notice, any and all current or future requests you make through the website and furthermore to suspend or terminate your account indefinitely.

We have no liability associated with your failure to maintain accurate Personal Information in connection with your account, including, but not limited to, your failure to receive essential information about Ed’s fine Wines.

Your use of an account username and password, and any other information required for security access and authentication purposes, are subject to these terms. You are solely responsible for all use of your account and for ensuring that access to and use of your account complies fully with these Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that any use of your account through your username, password and security information shall be deemed to be your actions, which we rely upon. You may at any time modify any information you have previously provided to us by clicking on “My Account”, then choose the appropriate section to edit, review, or delete your personal information. Changes will be in real time and updated instantly. You may also email us for questions regarding you account.

Emails and opting out

We at Ed’s fine Wines will send you promotional offers, updates, and special pricing through your email address you provide. Should you not want to participate in those emails you can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link. This will remove you from our mailing list.

Warranties and Liabilities

You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use the products or services of a third party that are provided through the Site. In the event of conflict between any such third-party terms and conditions and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will govern. In no circumstances will we be held liable for any delay due in whole or in part to any acts of nature or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found to be unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and will not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
